The following applies to all
Reiki Classes, Intensives, and Empowerment Workshops. Please
contact the Center to obtain terms and conditions related to
Master-Teacher Mentor programs.
DEPOSITS: Deposit equal
to 1/2 of the total fee is required for all two or more day
Reiki Classes, Intensives, and Empowerment Workshops. The
balance is expected ten days prior to class. A $25 fee will
apply for all late payments. Payment for one day classes is
required 30 days prior to class. In the event that the class
balance including late fee is not received seven days prior
to class date, the student will forfeit the entire deposit
and enrollment space in class. Please note that Terms and
Conditions are different for Retreats, see below.
Deposits are non-refundable;
however, a portion may be used later providing notice of
withdrawal is given prior to the balance due date. Contact
the Center for the exact amount allotted for the class in
which you are enrolled. These monies are non-transferable to
other people and/or workshops. Funds on account must be used
toward payment of the original class for which the student
registered. This offer applies only to classes taught in
locally in Tucson, Arizona. Class deposit must be used
within four months or it will be forfeited. Students are
responsible for registering for another class within this period.
Students who register late and make
payment after the balance due date will forfeit the entire
class fee when withdrawing from class.
All deposits for classes, workshops and retreats taught
nationally are non-refundable. Registration and deposit are
due one month prior to class for all training received at
the Center for advanced Energy Therapeutics in Tucson,
Arizona. The balance due date is 10 days prior to the event.
Reiki classes, Empowerment
workshops and taught elsewhere are due eight weeks prior to
class. The balance due date is 30 days weeks prior to the
event. A $25.00 late registration and/or payment fee will
apply.
Effective January 1,
2012: Registration and deposit for all Retreats are
required 90 days prior to the event. All deposits are
non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is due
eight weeks prior to the Event. A $75 fee will apply for all
late payments. Early registrations are accepted with a $100
“save your space” deposit which will be applied to the full
Retreat fee on deposit due date. This deposit is
non-refundable if the Event is not attended. A saving option
is available to those who make full payment 90 days prior to
the Event. Please note: Submitting a deposit for a Retreat
is considered a legal and moral commitment to attend and
submit the balance payment by due date. Should a participant
who is paid in full decide to not attend they may receive a
refund for the balance. To receive a refund the Center must
be notified in writing 60 days prior to the Retreat. No
exceptions. A $175.00 process fee will apply.
The Center for Advanced Energy Therapeutics will refund 100%
of class deposit in the rare event that any training is canceled.
Monies will be mailed within ten days of cancellation
notification.
WITHDRAWAL # 1: Notification of withdrawal from an
in-house class must be received a minimum of ten days prior
to class or the entire deposit will be forfeited. .
Additionally, the entire class fee will be forfeited when
withdrawal from class is received after the balance due date.
WITHDRAWAL #2:
Notification of withdrawal from a Retreat workshop must be
received 45 days prior to class or the entire class fee will
be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable. A $100.00 process fee will be charged.
PERMISSION TO DISPLAY
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS: Submission of a registration
form gives the CAET permission to display photographs and/or
film of the student taken during an event or class.
Photographs and videos may be displayed on promotional
material including the CAET website and You-Tube unless a
written statement is given at the time of registration.
PRE-REQUISITE DOCUMENTATION: A photocopy of prior
certification is required for classes that require
pre-requisites. This applies only for students who have not
received training from The Center for Advanced Energy
Therapeutics.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: The Center accepts credit card
online payment via PayPal,
cash, and personal checks. There will be a $40.00
insufficient funds fee for all returned checks.
